Prompt Lab ("we," "us," or "our") built this application as a Free/Ad-Supported app. This SERVICE is provided by Prompt Lab at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

1. Information Collection and Use

Since this is a fully hardcoded, offline-first gaming application, we do not require you to create an account. We do not directly collect your name, email address, phone number, or other information that we intentionally use to personally identify you. However, third-party services such as Google AdMob may collect certain device, advertising, and usage information as described below. Any game progress or settings are saved locally on your device's internal storage.

2. Microphone Data and Speech Recognition

Our app features a mini-game ("Vocal Drop") that requires access to your device's microphone for core gameplay mechanics (converting speech to text to match dropping words).

The app does not itself record or store your microphone audio. Speech recognition may be performed by the device's native OS speech recognition service (such as Google Speech Services or Apple Speech). This native service may process or transmit your speech data according to that specific service provider's privacy practices and policies. Once the real-time processing is complete during gameplay, the app discards the text result and does not transmit any audio data to our servers.

3. Third-Party Services and Advertising (Google AdMob)

To keep this application free, we use Google AdMob to serve advertisements. AdMob operates as a third-party Software Development Kit (SDK) embedded in our app. It automatically collects, processes, and shares certain data to provide, optimize, and measure these advertisements.

Data collected by AdMob includes, but is not limited to:

  • Advertising Identifiers: Android Advertising ID (AAID) or similar device-level identifiers.

  • Device & Network Information: IP address, device make and model, operating system version, network connection type, and mobile carrier.

  • Usage & Diagnostic Data: User interactions with the application and advertisements, crash logs, and performance diagnostics.

Purpose of Data Collection & Sharing:
This data is automatically collected and shared with Google and its third-party ad network partners for the following purposes:

  • Advertising & Marketing: To serve personalized and non-personalized advertisements based on your device identifier. (Note: For users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, consent for personalized advertising is managed via an in-app Consent Management Platform in accordance with regional regulations).

  • Analytics: To measure ad performance, user engagement, and attribution.

  • Security & Fraud Prevention: To detect invalid traffic, prevent fraud, and ensure the security of the ad network.

Your Choices & Opt-Out (Ads Personalization):
You can control how your device's advertising identifier is used or opt-out of personalized advertising directly through your device settings (e.g., navigating to Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization or Delete advertising ID).

4. Local Data Storage

Any data related to your gameplay, such as high scores, unlocked levels, or saved progress, is stored strictly locally on your device. We do not have access to this data. If you uninstall the app or clear the app's data, this local progress will be permanently deleted.

5. Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do the necessary actions.
